  • Verification documents are securely destroyed
  • Safety training records are removed
  • Pending payments are processed before deletion
  • You may need to reapply to become a delivery partner again

Retail Partner Account Deletion:

  • Product catalog and inventory data is deleted
  • Sales analytics and performance reports are removed
  • Customer order history is permanently erased
  • Business verification documents are securely destroyed
  • Communication logs with customers are deleted
  • Payment and transaction data is removed
  • Pending orders are completed before deletion
  • You may need to reapply to become a retail partner again

App Deletion vs Account Deletion:

  • Uninstalling the app does not delete your account
  • Account deletion must be requested separately
  • Data remains accessible through web platform until deletion
  • Push notifications continue until account deletion
  • You can reinstall the app and access your account

Data Recovery After Deletion:

  • Account deletion is irreversible
  • No data recovery is possible after deletion
  • You must create a new account to use our services again
  • Previous delivery history cannot be restored
  • Partner verification must be completed again
